Due to large amount of products, we are unable to offer specific back in stock dates.

We have tried to display the products and attributes of the products on the Website, including the colors of products, we are offering for sale accurately. Because the colors you see depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Thanks for ordering for in-store pickup! Once you create your pickup order, we'll begin preparing your order and will notify you once it's ready for pickup. It's typically ready within a few hours. Pickup hours are during regular business hours.

We always aim for our customers to love their products, but if you aren't satisfied with an item, we’re happy to help. In order to keep our prices accessible, all approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Store credit is available within 30 days after purchase. It's limited to approved orders. Store credit is issued via gift cards and it expires within 30 days of being issued.

Shipping

We ship to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. 

All US orders over $35 (before taxes and shipping) receive free shipping.

We currently only ship within the U.S.

It depends on where you are. Orders typically processed the same business day. Orders created after 4pm PST are processed the following business day. Once it's been shipped out, it may take from 3-7 business days to be delivered. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery times vary depending on the location, weather and order weight.

All orders are shipped through USPS for reliable, fast and trackable shipping.

First class packages are available for orders under 16 ounces. The estimated delivery time is within 3 to 8 business days.

Priority mail shipping is available for orders over 16 ounces. The estimated delivery time is within 3 to 5 business days.

Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
