Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Although our team strives to process orders during the weekends, business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Order Changes / Cancellations

To better serve you, we begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

Due to high demand, some items may no longer be available to ship as we prepare to send your order. In the case that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, you will be notified via email immediately. We will issue a refund instantly for the unavailable item.

All refunds are available within 3-7 business days after they've been issued, depending on your financial institution and form of payment used.

Returns

In order to keep our prices accessible, approved orders are issued store credit only. Any items sent back without approval will not be processed.

Shipping

    Everyday shipping:

    We ship to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. 

    • Free shipping is available on orders of $29 or more. US only.
    • Flat rates apply for orders under $29.
      • Pay only $4.99 for standard shipping. Standard shipping is shipped via first class packages.
      • Pay only $6.99 for priority shipping. Standard shipping is shipped via priority mail packages.
    • All orders are shipped through USPS for reliable, fast and trackable shipping.
      • First class packages are available for orders under 16 ounces. The estimated delivery time is within 3 to 8 business days**
      • Priority mail shipping is available for orders over 16 ounces. The estimated delivery time is within 3 to 5 business days**

    *All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of items.

    **Total delivery time includes processing and carrier transit time. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

     

    Shipping Restrictions

    Not all Shipping Methods are available for all shipping addresses. Refer to the Shipping details above for available Shipping Methods for your address. 
    All orders containing Hazardous Materials have restrictions. See below for details.

    Hazardous Materials

    Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). 
    The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. 
    All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous U.S. states and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.

    International

    We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

    Risk of Loss

    The risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the Site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.

    Product Availability

    We make every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. 
    In the case that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.

    For Successfully Submitted Orders

    • Your financial institution will place a temporary hold on the funds for your order as it processes. This is not a charge and the hold will be released once your order has shipped.
    • You may receive more than one shipment notice as items in your order ship, but you will not be charged until we send you the final shipment notice. Once you receive the final shipment notice, your card will be charged and the temporary hold will be released.
    • We only charge you for items that have shipped. Any item(s) that are cancelled and/or can no longer be shipped will not be charged and your final shipment notice will contain an adjusted price.

    For Unsuccessfully Submitted Orders

    Your financial institution will place a temporary hold on your card for the order amount when:

    • An order is attempted, but not successfully submitted
    • The order is ultimately fully cancelled
    • The temporary hold is in anticipation of the order being shipped. You won't be charged for an unsuccessful order submission and the temporary hold will expire automatically within the timeframe set by your financial institution.

    Fully cancelled orders:

    • If your order has been fully cancelled, the temporary hold will expire automatically within the timeframe set by your financial institution. You may also contact your financial institution to release the hold with the following information:
      • First and Last Name
      • Order Number

    Security:

    For your own security, you will not be able to submit an order on this Site if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code does not match your credit card statement. 
    We require you to enter the correct security code with every purchase. We will not remember your security code

     

    Tax

    Applicable sales tax will be applied to your order in accordance with state and local laws, and an estimated tax amount will be reflected in the order summary before checkout. The tax rate is determined by several factors including, and not limited to, the items purchased, the ship-to destination and the ship-from location. Please note that your order's ship-from location can change between the time your order is placed and when it ships, which may result in a sales tax charge that differs from the original estimate. Delivery charges may also be subject to tax in some states.
