Why are so many items discounted?
Our mission is to bring amazing products at amazing prices to you. Many of our prices include comparison prices, which reference to regular retail prices of the same or similar items at full-price and direct brand retailers. How can I claim an offer?
Unless no code is needed, apply your discount code to your order during checkout. Please note that changes to your order cannot be made after it has been created. You can see our latest offers here

When will an item be back in stock?
You can sign up to receive instant restock alerts on the item you're interested in directly on the product page.
Just sign up under "Notify me when available" and you'll receive an email when it's back in stock!
We are unable to offer specific back in stock dates.
Why does the product look different from the site?
We have tried to display the products and attributes of the products on the Website, including the colors of products, we are offering for sale accurately. Because the colors you see depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

How can I cancel my order?
To better serve you, we begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Due to high demand, some orders may be canceled due to items being out of stock. This may occur if all items in the order were out of stock during order processing. If this occurs, you will be fully refunded and notified via email immediately. Refunds are available within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution and form of payment used.
When can I pickup my order?
Thanks for ordering for in-store pickup! Once you create your pickup order, we'll begin preparing your order and will notify you once it's ready for pickup. It's typically ready within a few hours. Pickup hours are during regular business hours.

What's your shipping policy
Enjoy free shipping on your order of $29 or more.
For orders under $29, paid shipping fees apply and they are calculated based on weight and shipping address.
We ship to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.

We ship to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.
Do you ship Worldwide?
We currently only ship within the U.S.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders typically processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Once it's been shipped out, it may take from 3-7 business days to be delivered. Delivery times vary depending on the location, weather and order weight. Delivery details and tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns
What is your return policy?
In order to keep our prices accessible, approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Why was I refunded for an item I ordered?
We make every effort to ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock.
In the case that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted,
- You will be notified via email immediately.
- We will issue a refund instantly for the unavailable item.
All refunds are available within 3-7 business days after they've been issued, depending on your financial institution and form of payment used.
Pickup In-store
How do order for in-store pickup?
We make it easy for you! Follow the same steps as an online order, when you reach the checkout page, select "pickup in-store" as your delivery option.
You will be notified via email with the pickup details.
Your order will be ready for pickup the same day when you order before 12:30pm PST.
Loyalty Points Program
Earn points while shop online and in-store.
I already have an account in-store. How can I link my online account?
- If you had already signed up in-store and provided your email, you will receive an account invite to confirm your email. Once you confirm your email and set a password, your accounts will be linked.
- If you only provided your phone number and not your email, you can link your account in the sign-in page by clicking "Link your account" located below the sign-in button.
I added my email but I'm not receiving any discount emails?
To receive emails for active discounts, please ensure that your settings are "accepts marketing" and that you stay subscribed to receive emails from us.
How can I claim by birthday discount?
Please note, birthday discounts are not available during the first 14-days after sign up.
- To claim your birthday discount, your email and birthdate must be linked to your loyalty account. You can add your birthdate online or in-store.
- All birthday discounts are available once per year. It's valid 7 days before your birthdate and 7 days after your birthdate (a total of 14 days).
- Stay subscribed to our marketing email to receive email notifications when your discount activates.
Is the rewards program free?
Yes! Our loyalty membership is complementary at the moment.
