In order to keep our prices accessible, approved returns are issued store credit only. Any items sent back without approval will not be processed.

If you'd like to submit a return request, please contact us here. Points earned during original order will be updated accordingly to the amount credited.
Due to high demand, some items may no longer be available to ship as we prepare to send your order. If this occurs, you will be notified via email immediately. As of March 11th 2022, refunds due to this reason will now longer be necessary as we no have switched to capturing payments for items successfully fulfilled.

Order Changes / Cancellations
To better serve you, we begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.
Due to high demand, some orders may be canceled due to items being out of stock. This may occur if all items in the order were out of stock during order processing. If this occurs, you will be fully refunded and notified via email immediately. Refunds are available within 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution and form of payment used.
